This policy applies to products bought from the Mind Unwind website.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only.
Orders are sent by 2nd class Royal Mail, unless you ask us for another delivery option.
Delivery cost: £3.00 for A5 products, £4.50 for A4 products.
Delivery time: please allow 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days.
If you'd like a different delivery option, please email us at emma@mindunwind.co.uk before placing your order and we will let you know what is available and any difference in cost.
If your order doesn't arrive within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at emma@mindunwind.co.uk and we will look into it with Royal Mail.
Returns, change of mind
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it.
Return postage is paid by you, the purchaser.
A refund is given only if the item is returned in pristine condition, in its original packaging.
To start a return, email emma@mindunwind.co.uk. We will reply with the return address and any instructions.
Once we've received and checked the item, we will refund you through Wix Payments, to your original payment method.
We're not currently able to offer exchanges.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, or isn't what you ordered, please email emma@mindunwind.co.uk within 5 days of receiving it, with a photo of the item and the damage where possible.
We will cover the cost of returning a faulty or damaged item. Please keep your postage receipt and we will reimburse this, or tell you how to send it back at our cost.
As we're not currently able to offer exchanges, we will issue a full refund through Wix Payments once we've received the item back, or earlier if a photo clearly shows the damage.
This is separate from, and in addition to, your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which require goods to be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
Digital products
Digital downloads are delivered immediately by email. By completing your purchase you agree to receive the download straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once it has been sent.
If there's a problem with your download, for example a file that won't open or doesn't arrive, please get in touch and we'll put it right.
