Workplace Wellbeing

Creative health as part of your wellbeing offer

Creativity is a health behaviour. Mind Unwind trains teams to use mindful art as an everyday tool for stress, overwhelm and resilience. Skills that last long after the session ends, focused on the health benefits of the process rather than a perfect outcome.

Planning a one off event? Have a look at corporate away days.

Where you start

Mental fog, poor focus, low resilience. Employees who can’t switch off between tasks.

What happens

The nervous system settles, stress drops, and people learn techniques they can repeat on any ordinary Tuesday.

What changes

Improved focus and mood, better emotional regulation, and practical tools that don’t need a scheduled lunch hour.

Why proactive wellness through creativity?

Tech fatigue

We live in an always on culture, and tech fatigue is a growing concern for productivity and wellbeing. Employees look at screens all day, then scroll through their phones on their breaks. The result is cognitive overload, and most of us have forgotten what true rest looks like. Simple creative techniques encourage real brain breaks, and they don't need a scheduled lunch hour.

Personalising wellbeing

People have diverse wellbeing needs, and a gym membership isn't a one size fits all model. Offering a genuine range of options widens the net of people who will access and thrive from what's available.

Soft skills

Employers look for adaptability, collaboration, problem solving and creative thinking. These are exactly the tools the arts build. Calm people with their creativity ignited solve problems better, adapt to change more easily and are more resilient.

Knowledge

When employees learn to take brain breaks in different ways, they can choose what works for them. Creativity stops being seen as slacking, and team leaders see a more focused, more productive workforce as a result.

Why this matters

Call it mental fitness, proactive wellness or human sustainability. It all has the same goal, to empower individuals and workplace cultures to take responsibility for healthy choices.

Gym memberships, yoga classes, positive culture, compassionate leadership and mental health days are all expected as part of that picture now. But what about the arts?

‘The arts are not a luxury, they are essential … alongside diet, sleep, exercise and nature.’

Recent research by University College London. Art Cure: The Science of How the Arts Transform Our Health, Daisy Fancourt, 2026

The arts are often sidelined because people simply aren't aware of the positive ripple effects, or they write creativity off for those who are "artistic".

One size does not fit all. Workplaces that invest in individual needs and preferences build a thriving workforce that outperforms those that don't.

Mind Unwind sessions help employees pause, regulate their nervous systems, balance technology fatigue and improve focus, building practical tools for everyday mental fitness.
