About the event
When you paint circles — the same smooth, curved shape, over and over — something interesting happens in your brain. The rhythm of it, the gentle repetition, sends a quiet signal to your nervous system that says: everything is okay right now. Your heart slows down a little. The busy, noisy part of your mind gets quieter. It feels a bit like your brain finally gets to exhale.
The really good news? There's no wrong way to do it. Circles can be wobbly, overlapping, tiny, enormous — it genuinely doesn't matter. That's kind of the whole point.
Painting circles is one of the simplest, most calming things a person can do and I'd like to show you how.
