✨ Creativity without the fear of a blank page staring back at you

✨ Gentle guidance that shows you exactly where to start

✨ A flexible tool for relaxation – 10 minutes or an hour, your choice

✨ A resource you can return to again and again (print as many times as you like!)

🖊️ Suggested resources list – though you can start right away with just a printer and a pen!

Print what you want, when you want it. Use your favourites over and over, or try something new each time. This isn't about creating gallery-worthy art. It's about giving yourself moments of calm, creativity, and gentle self-compassion.

Why Watercolour Backgrounds Change Everything

I'm passionate about making creativity feel possible for everyone. A blank page can feel intimidating – that "where do I even start?" panic is real. My hand-painted watercolour backgrounds give you a beautiful scaffold to work from, gently guiding your pen while taking away the pressure of perfection.

Research shows that doodling has profound wellbeing benefits – calming the mind one line or dot at a time. It's why people naturally doodle during meetings or phone calls without even realising! Your brain is seeking that soothing, meditative rhythm.

The Calming Benefits You'll Experience:

🌿 Deep relaxation – calms your nervous system and slows your breath

🌿 Freedom from perfectionism – there's genuinely no right or wrong here

🌿 Stress relief – quietens mental chatter and opens a pathway to self-compassion

🌿 Improved focus – simply by being present in the moment

🌿 Effortless creativity – it flows without you even trying

My Story

I completely understand if paintbrushes and blank pages feel intimidating. I was that person too – convinced I wasn't "good enough" to create. Then a brain tumour diagnosis sent me searching for ways to calm my nervous system and reduce stress. That's when I discovered the transformative power of mindful doodling.

It changed everything for me, and I believe it can for you too. If you would like to know more about my story, please head to my 'About' page
